Unfortunately I cannot offer full refunds on Resonance Perfumery products. Each product is custom designed for each individual. Partial refunds are determined case by case.

Exchanges (if applicable)

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
